2009年10月31日，欧盟**在其公报OJ上公布了EUp指令(2005/32/EC)的改写指令：《确立能源相关产品生态设计要求的框架》(2009/125/EC)(简称ErP),并在公布之日起20日生效·新指令正式生效后，将取代现行的EUp指令。
